PA Logic Solutions’ home is located in Auburn, Alabama.

We employ over 75 people to include executive management, software developers, pharmacists, certified pharmacy technicians, and call center associates.

What We Do

We are more than just a self-service PA software provider. Our team uses the same software everyday.

We provide solutions to help meet the goals of a client’s pharmacy management program.

We work with our clients to fully understand their prior authorization requirements. We configure our self-service and full-service offerings to meet our client-specific workflows. This includes their plans, groups, formulary, lines of business, letters, faxes, call center scripts, etc. PA Logic Solutions provides a clear path for the client’s success.

We offer two licensing options to our clients:

PA Logic Full Service: Our clinical and call center staff use the PA Logic application to process prior authorizations on behalf of a plan. The PA Logic team can handle multiple lines of business providing the client as much or as little operational support as needed.

PA Logic Self-Service: The PA Logic Self-Service software platform offers end-to-end prior authorization processing to meet the needs of our clients. The Self-Service option supports the client in providing as much or as little staffing as the client finds productive.
