About the Project
PA Logic Solutions, LLC, in partnership with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, aims to enhance the wellness programs set by participating employer groups and expand the pharmacist’s role in caring for patients with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama coverage.
The Biometric Screenings Expansion Program ensures optimal delivery of health screenings to Alabamians by pharmacy providers via consistent and accurate methodology, as well as effective recognition of potential poor health indicators and promotion of patient follow-up.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign up for the Biometric Screenings program?
To participate in the program, you must contract with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama as a provider of medical services. You will need to sign up for ProviderAccess account at AlabamaBlue.com/providers.
Once you are verified, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama will notify PA Logic Solutions of your status and eligiblity in this program. PA Logic Solutions will reach out to you directly regarding training.
What is required for enrollment in the Biometric Screenings program?
For enrollment the following documents must be completed and faxed to: 205-220-9545
- Network Interest Form (1 per parent organization)
- Biometric Screening Facility Application (1 for each participating pharmacy location)
- CLIA Certificate (1 for each participating pharmacy location)
What is the schedule for online training webinars?
Training is held at 1:30 PM Central Time. The training will occur on these dates:

How will I receive training?
PA Logic Solutions has recorded a training video that is linked above. Please watch the training video prior to scheduling a time for one of our live Q&A training sessions.
Once you are signed up for a live Q&A training session, the PA Logic Solutions staff will provide a WebEx link for the training you registered for prior to your training date.
How long does training last?
The recorded training video is approximately 30 minutes.
The online Q&A training sessions are scheduled for 1 hour.
